Stephanie's No.1 in my book. She's been very good at keeping my insurance as low as she's allowed, for both home and auto.
About a year ago, I was behind a large pick-up truck that was going to be leaving a parking area onto Rt.20. All of a sudden he decided to back up and rammed the front of my car. He didn't speak english so had apparently called someone who could. That young man gave me a card of 'his' insurance company which meant almost nothing, but also a name and ph.#. Since I was a mile from my insurance co., I stopped to see Stephanie to see what to do then. She's a true Sleuth. She sure found who the pick-up driver was and more info for me to get my car repaired instead of being left in the lurch, with the small piece of information that I'd been given from the young man (that came to help the driver of the truck. She's wonderful and kind.
